Every end of tenancy clean follows the same list an inventory clerk uses — inside cupboards, inside appliances, window tracks, extractor filters, grout and seals — because that's where deposits are actually lost. If the agent flags anything within 48 hours, we come back and put it right free of charge.

Cleaning is the most common deduction and it's the one we can control — we clean to inventory standard and back it with a 48-hour re-clean. We can't influence damage, wear or unpaid rent.
Yes. Oven, racks, trays and door glass are included at no extra cost on every end of tenancy clean. It's the single most common check-out fail.
Ideally yes, with utilities still connected. We need water, power and hot water on the day. If it's still furnished we can work around it — just say so when you book.
Often yes, including weekends. Check-out dates move constantly, so we hold slots back for exactly this.
