The default for most households. Enough to keep the home level without paying for a clean you didn't need.

Plan prices apply to regular cleaning. Deep cleans and one-off work stay at the standard fixed price, with 10% off for plan customers.
The terms
Stop whenever you like. We'd rather you left easily and came back than felt stuck and resented it.
Tell us a week ahead and your slot is held — no charge, and you don't lose your cleaner to someone else.
10% off every fortnightly visit, 15% off every weekly one — taken straight off the fixed price. It comes out of our admin and travel costs, not the cleaner's pay.
Send one photo of whatever isn't right. We book a return visit inside 48 hours and re-do it at our cost. If you're still not happy after that, you don't pay for that clean. It's in writing on every quote, for every service.
Try a single visit first. If it's right, we'll set the plan up from the second clean and backdate the discount.
