Post-renovation, dust-free
After builders cleaning in Birmingham & the West Midlands
Homeowners and contractors handing over finished work.

The short version
Post-renovation, dust-free, done to a written standard.
Building dust doesn't behave like household dust. It's fine enough to settle three times after you think you've finished, and it gets into tracks, vents and the tops of doors. We work in two passes with HEPA extraction — a first strip-out of debris and residue, then a settle period, then a full detail. That's the difference between a site that looks clean and a home that is clean.
First pass
- Debris and packaging removed
- Paint, plaster and adhesive residue
- Stickers and protective film
- Vacuum extraction, high to low
- Vents, tracks and recesses
Settle & second pass
- Airborne dust allowed to settle
- Full re-detail of all surfaces
- Cupboard interiors and shelving
- Skirtings, frames and ledges
- Light fittings and switches
Finish
- Windows, sills and tracks inside
- Glass, mirrors and splashbacks
- Floors sealed-safe cleaned
- Sanitary ware descaled and polished
- Final walk-through with you
Why it works
What makes this different.
Two-pass method
One pass never holds. The settle period between passes is what stops dust reappearing the next morning.
HEPA extraction
Fine dust is captured, not redistributed. Standard vacuums push it straight back into the air.
Trade-friendly scheduling
Evenings, weekends and tight handover windows. We work around your snagging, not the other way round.
Surface-safe
New stone, engineered wood and matt paint all need different products. We ask what's been installed before we quote.
