Not happy, or your agent flagged something? Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-do those areas free. It's in writing on every quote, for every service.
Keys handled like a business, not a favour
Keys are logged against a reference number, never an address, and kept in a locked safe. Lost keys can't be matched to a property. Cleaners are DBS-checked before their first job.

Send one photo of whatever isn't right. We book a return visit inside 48 hours and re-do it at our cost. If you're still not happy after that, you don't pay for that clean. It's in writing on every quote, for every service.

Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed in person, reference-checked and DBS-checked before their first job, and we carry £5m public liability insurance. Certificates are available on request — landlords and agents usually want them for the file.
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and re-do the areas concerned at no charge. That applies to every service, not just end of tenancy. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
No. Most regular clients give us a key or a smart-lock code. Keys are tagged with a reference number rather than your address and kept in a locked safe — so a lost key can't be matched to a property.
Yes, everything comes with us — machines, cloths and products. Colour-coded cloths keep bathroom and kitchen work separate. If you'd prefer we used your own products or fragrance-free alternatives, just say when you book.
Bank transfer or card once the clean is finished and you're happy. For first-time bookings over £250 we ask for a 25% deposit to hold the slot, which comes off the final bill. No cash handling, no card details taken over the phone.
Often, yes — including weekends. Check-out dates and viewings move constantly so we deliberately hold slots back. Call or WhatsApp rather than emailing if it's urgent.
