What data Ultra Spark Cleaning collects, why, and how long we keep it.

Last updated 2026-08-04.

Who we are

Ultra Spark Cleaning, based in Birmingham, is the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact us at ultrasparkcleaning@outlook.com about anything on this page.

What we collect

  • Quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email if you give one, postcode, property details, any photos you upload and anything you type in the notes field.
  • Bookings: address, access arrangements, and payment reference. We never store card details — payments are handled by our card provider or by bank transfer.
  • Website analytics: anonymous usage data if you accept analytics cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you do.

Why we collect it

To quote for your job, to carry it out, to invoice for it, and to contact you about it. That's the lot. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted after 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for six years, which is what HMRC requires. Photos you send are deleted once the job is complete and any guarantee period has passed, unless you've told us we can use them as work examples.

Photos of your property

We photograph completed work for quality records and as evidence for you on end of tenancy jobs. These are never published without your written permission, and we never include anything that identifies the property or its occupants.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ultrasparkcleaning@outlook.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; if analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they will only run after you consent. Nothing on this site tracks you across other websites without permission.
