The estimator uses the same numbers we quote from — property size, bathrooms, and whatever extras you add. It's deliberately a range rather than a single figure, because a three-bed that's been let for six years is not the same job as one that's been maintained.

When you're ready, the form sends us the details and we come back with a fixed price and the checklist attached.

Pricing, answered.

Because hiding them wastes everyone's time. You get a fixed price for the whole job in ten seconds and decide there and then. We stop quoting jobs that were never going to happen.
It's a guide. The fixed price comes after you tell us the property properly — usually the same number, sometimes lower, occasionally higher if there's something the form can't see, like a property that hasn't been cleaned in years or heavy grease build-up.
No. Every clean is a fixed price for the finished job, so there's no minimum number of hours to worry about — you're paying for the result, not the clock.
No. Saturday and Sunday are charged the same as weekdays. Same for bank holidays, subject to availability.
For first-time bookings over £250 we ask for 25% to hold the slot, deducted from the final bill. Everything else is paid on completion by bank transfer or card.
Nothing changes — that's the whole point of a fixed price. If a job turns out to be much bigger than described when we arrive, we'll talk to you before we start, never surprise you with a bigger bill after.
